Med anledning av Covid 19
När du gör en felanmälan och önskar hjälp med något i hemmet är det viktigt att inga sjukdomssymtom som förkylning, hosta, halsont eller feber förekommer.
Vi uppmanar att endast anmäla fel som är akuta.
Vi förbehåller oss rätten att besluta vad som är akut och som inte är akut. Uppstår symptom efter att du gjort en felanmälan måste felanmälan/uthyrningen kontaktas och informeras om detta.
Begränsa dina sociala kontakter och håll avstånd till våra hantverkare. Vår personal är extra försiktig för att skydda dig som hyresgäst och vi arbetar inte om vi har några som helst symptom.

Det går även att göra felanmälan på vår felanmälan/servicetelefon 0492-76 98 80 mellan kl.08.00-09.30.
Övrig tid telefonsvarare.
Vid akuta fel och skador på arbetstid och du inte får tag i personen på felanmälan ring Vimarhems kontor, 0492-76 91 53 eller 0492-76 90 50. Fel som rings in på dessa telefonnummer ska vara av allvarlig karaktär som måste åtgärdas omgående (större elfel, vattenläckage och likande).
Akuta fel som inträffar på kvällarna och på helgerna och som inte kan vänta till nästa arbetsdag rapporteras till Vimarhems jour 072-214 44 67. Observera att endast allvarliga fel rapporteras till samtalstelefonen (större elektriska fel, vattenläckage och liknande).

In the event of urgent errors during working hours and you cannot get hold of the person on the error report, call Vimarhem's office, 0492-76 91 53 or 0492-76 90 50. Errors that are dialed into these telephone numbers must be of a serious nature that must be rectified immediately (major electrical faults, water leakage and the like).
Urgent errors that occur in the evenings and on weekends and that cannot wait until the next working day are reported to Vimarhem's on call phone 072-214 44 67. Please note that only faults of a serious nature are reported to the on call telephone (major electrical faults, water leakage and the like).
